oh is it made all in tv paint or do you use side programs?  im currently using paint tool sai and its tiring as hell, so i was thinking about getting an animation program

i want recommendations first though, i cant decide wheather to get toon boom, tv paint, or flash lol.

Toon Boom is very similar to Flash in a lot of ways.  I think they are all very good programs, it just depends on the style you're going for.

For my film I also used Photoshop for backgrounds and After Effects for compositing, but if it's just animation then TVpaint's enough. I never used Toon Boom so I don't know how it is, and I really dislike Flash.
